What are the common installation methods for DID LCD splicing screens?

Author:admin / Publication time:2023-03-13

The installation method for load-bearing walls and non load-bearing walls should be planned in detail in advance to ensure a smoother installation process.

1、 Preliminary scheme design

DID splicing screenThe installation in the later stage should be based on the preliminary plan, and first determine how many splicing screens are suitable according to the customer's needs, on-site environment, size, etc. For example, when the customer has a large number of video surveillance screens, the number of splicing screens cannot be too small, because too few means that if all the screens are displayed simultaneously, the monitoring screen will be very small, which affects the viewing effect. For example, if there are 100 monitoring points, it is more suitable to use 12 splicing screens, and each screen will display 9 monitoring screens. If there are 4 splicing screens, then 25 monitoring screens will be displayed on one screen, which is too small.

In addition, the length and height of the on-site installation position also determine the number of spliced screens, which needs to be calculated based on the size of the spliced screens. The size of the spliced screens is relatively fixed, such as 46 inches and 55 inches, and the basic nest size is between 1 meter and 1.2 meters. Therefore, the number of splices should be designed according to the on-site size.

Secondly, due to theDID splicing screenThere are various types of splicing, and the smaller the splicing, the better the overall display effect. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the corresponding splicing model according to the display purpose, such as using wider splicing for monitoring display, or using smaller splicing for conference or exhibition hall display.

2、 Installation method

When designing the installation method, it is mainly determined based on the user's on-site environment, firstly, the size of the installation space, and secondly, whether the wall is a load-bearing wall. If the on-site space is large, the installation is more flexible. If the space is small, front maintenance installation is usually used, so there is no need to reserve rear maintenance space. Currently, the mainstream installation method is to package and insert Lianzhong Yuwei Technology

1. Wall mounted installation

If the wall is a load-bearing wall (cement or brick wall, hollow brick and foam brick are not acceptable), the direct wall hanging method can be used, but the number of splicing screens is limited to less than 9, because if the number is too large, the middle screen will be removed during maintenance, increasing the difficulty of operation and the rate of screen fragmentation. At the same time, too much weight will easily cause the pressure on the wall hanger.

2. Bracket installation

When the wall is not a load-bearing wall, brackets will be used for installation. The brackets are divided into single-layer brackets and double-layer brackets. Generally, when the number of splicing screens is relatively small, single-layer brackets can be used. If the number is large, double-layer brackets are generally used for stable installation. Its advantage is that it does not require customization and can be assembled on-site according to the size of the splicing screen.

3. Cabinet installation

Sheet metal cabinet installation is equivalent to artificially creating a cabinet and installing the splicing screen on it. The advantage is stability, and there is no need for further decoration. The entire display wall is like a cabinet standing there, beautiful and generous.

3、 Debugging plan

DID splicing screenAfter installation and splicing, it is necessary to debug the entire system, connect it, and ensure that all signal sources can be displayed on the screen, and achieve functions such as arbitrary switching.

1. Adjust the size of the seam to achieve a more reasonable width without squeezing, ensuring a visual effect.

2. Adjust the color difference to make the colors between the spliced screens as consistent as possible and reduce noise.

3. Wiring, splicing the screen to the control system and then to the signal source through connecting wires, ensuring no loss of video and stable signal.

4. Display the signal source on the screen, adjust the display of various signal sources using splicing screen software according to the type of signal source, and achieve functions such as switching displays.
